MaXima
Multiple Actions for Innovations in Machine Automation
MaXima is a project co-funded by the Ministry of Economic Development, within the framework of the Sustainable Industry call. The main focus of the project is to promote a new industry model for industrial processes and installations. To this purpose, MaXima aims to investigate new production systems, and high performance, efficient and smart ones.
The integration of innovative technologies and methodologies into advanced production systems aspires to continuous process control, to materials research and eco-design methodologies, to predictable prognosis and maintenance methods, to the development of the most suitable devices for processing eco-compatible materials.
CNR-NANO’s research activities are aimed at the development of Terahertz photon sensors for sensory applications in the field of materials manufacture and the control of pharmaceutical processes.
